SOUS CHEF

We are currently seeking an exceptional and talented sous chef to cater at our stunning Golf Club set in the heart of the Suffolk countryside.

This is a permanent full time position.

A competitive salary will be paid to the right candidate.

Our Sous Chef will:
• be catering for weddings and events, and bar snacks, ensuring that the company’s reputation for culinary excellence is maintained.
• possess exceptional drive and passion to consistently deliver high quality dining for all of our events.
• have responsibility for all aspects of food safety, health and Safety and COSHH.
• stand in for head chef during days off and holidays
• be an exceptional communicator with colleagues and customers alike.
• be hardworking and have a flexible approach to work.
