Hintlesham Golf Club
The course has been designed with players of all abilities in mind and for that reason; the course suits beginners particularly well.
The course can be challenging and some holes are very demanding, including the famous fourth hole, often described as the hardest hole in Suffolk. However, the course is incredibly fair and with accessible teeing areas, nicely running fairways and options into every green, Hintlesham Golf Club should be an option for any golfer in the Ipswich and Suffolk area.
Ladies Golf
Our thriving ladies golf section has a mix of players from absolute beginners through to highly accomplished players, who meet every Thursday morning to play either social golf or one of the monthly medals or stablefords. Our ladies are very active in inter-club competitions including the Weston, the Haskell and the Stearn.
Seniors Golf
Any Club member wishing to play can place their name on the Team Sheet on the Seniors Board. Qualifications are 55 years of age and sociability ; Golf prowess ( or lack of!) is neither an advantage or disadvantage.
